This is a dataset of roll-call votes in the UN General Assembly 1946-2014 compiled by Erik Voeten of Georgetown University. It also contains Affinity of Nations scores and ideal point estimates derived from these votes. Data in tab-delimited format.

Free and Fair Elections Dataset
Dataset by Bishop and Hoeffler provides ten variables to assess the quality of elections covering 169 countries over the period 1975–2011. Codes both electoral rules and rights and their application during the campaign and the actual election.
