This page is to guide users to information related to voter statistics and how to locate voter registration, history, and voter turnout information. This information can be obtained through the Georgia Secretary of State website.
NOTE: It is important to note that this information is current as of April 1, 2021. The Georgia General Assembly recently passed legislation changing voter registration laws and election processes. The legislation does not affect past voter registration, history, absentee ballot lists, and their corresponding data sets.

These files are utilized by the elections division in compliance with O.C.G.A. § 21-2-215-(i) The board of registrars shall enter into the statewide voter registration system credit for voting by qualified electors to the Secretary of State within 60 days of a primary or election for the purpose of maintaining the list of electors and voter history.
These files are used to ensure that individual voters remain active electors. Any request for voter lists from a specific election should be directed to the county or municipality conducting the election, and may not be available electronically.
By law, voter registration lists are available to the public and contain the following information: voter name, residential address, mailing address if different, race, gender, registration date, and last voting date. Pricing is set by the Secretary of State's Office. Such data may not be used by any person for commercial purposes. (O.C.G.A. § 21-2-225 (c))
