Decoding the 2020 Election

The primary documents of the 2020 elections.

About This Page

The purpose of this page of the guide is to provide general information on the legislative branch of Georgia and where those primary sources can be found. It also guides users to where they can learn more about the dynamics of Georgia's government and political landscape. More specific information related to the 2020 election and Georgia can be found in the sub-pages.

The sub-pages of this section of the guide address questions and controversies involving Georgia's election laws, voter registration, and absentee ballot procedures through mostly primary sources, at a much more specific level. It also attempts to put into a broader context Georgia's important role in the 2020 election outcome and subsequent outcomes afterward that affect the entire country.
