If you experience an issue with Folio or Locate: 

  • Are you using Google Chrome? 

  • Have you tried refreshing your cache or using an incognito window? See below for instructions:

    • In Google Chrome, click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen
    • On the left side, click "Privacy and security"
    • In the center of the screen, click on "Delete browsing data"
    • Make sure all 3 boxes are checked and the "Time range" is set to All Time
    • Click "Delete data"
  • Log out and back in
