CougarVIEW Instructor Guides: Add special access for respondus lockdown browser

Add special access to a quiz that requires Respondus LockDown Browser

  1. On the navbar, click Quizzes.

  1. Click LockDown Browser tab. 
  2. From Respondus LockDown Browser dashboard, click down arrow icon and then click the Settings option for the quiz that you need to add lockdown browser.

  1. On the LockDown Browser Settings, select Require Respondus LockDown Browser for this exam option. Under Advanced settings, check appropriate checkbox for learners to allow or prevent different operations.

  1. Under Proctoring area, select the type of proctoring required for the quiz.

  1. Click Save + Close.

Note: The special access settings do not apply to all quizzes in a course offering automatically. You must add special access for learners to each quiz separately.
