Depending on your position in the criminal justice field, you may be the first one on the scene of a traffic accident or be required to provide traffic-related enforcement in your jurisdiction. If a truck that is hauling material is involved, both of these actions instantly become more complex. Part of solving crimes is figuring out who did them. Though this is relatively easy when the victim knows the suspect, it’s not quite so simple when this is the first time the two have ever been face-to-face. In those cases, a police sketch artist is often brought in to create an image of the offender that can be shared with other law enforcement personnel and/or the media.
